Stef and Julie Terblanche are the Wardens of the Sea Scout Base and take care of the day to day maintenance and administration activities.

Scouts reporting to the Base must report to Stef or Julie when they arrive and before they leave.
Any activities or visits must be applied for in advance to give the Port Captain fair warning.
